Why do I keep getting an error message that "The connection has timed out The server at proxyse.uits.iu.edu is taking too long to respond."?

This usually means that our proxy server (what enables us to offer access to IU Southeast users off-campus) is experiencing technical difficulties.  While this is usually resolved quickly, please let us know you are having issues by emailing libhelp@iu.edu.
