How do I find the full text of an article?

If you are in a library database, the full-text (as either HTML or PDF) should be available through a link (generally named Get Full Text or Articles on Demand).

If you search for articles and journals off campus using a regular search engine, like Google, you can check for IU Southeast access to articles found in these sources like PubMed, JSTOR, etc., using the browser extension LibKey Nomad (available for most browsers). Once downloaded, LibKey Nomad provides one-click access to full text from websites like PubMed, Wikipedia, and publisher pages.

You can also check for full text to a specific article using our Citation Linker. You will need the name of the journal in which the article appears (or it's 8 digit ISSN), or the article's DOI or PubMed ID.

Contact a librarian if you need assistance.
